Bye-Bye

Rylie has a new favorite thing to do:  say "Bye". And, of course, she says it the same way I do:  same tone, pitch, etc. It's adorable!! Usually, she puts my purse over her shoulder, waves at me and says it. Or, she will put her baby in its stroller and say it to me. I love it! She has really matured over the last couple of weeks. Her language has exploded, her understanding and learning abilities have and she is starting to be a big girl about some things. Like most kids, she hates having her nose wiped. But, starting this past week, not only does she hold still for me, but she wants to do it herself! This is the same kid that 3 weeks ago, I had to chase her and hold her down in order to wipe it!! And, she loves to look at babies (ultrasounds included) and say "Baby". It's the same with puppies (or any animal, really, for that matter). Whether she sees on in real life, on TV or in a book, she can pick one out and will say "Puppy".
